previous page Sample Main Line Record next page The "Inspection" page gives you a place to store the information you need to schedule and account for inspections. The "Frequency" field contains a list of frequency intervals between inspections for anywhere between 1 day and 20 years. All you have to do is pick the interval from the list and enter the date when the structure was last inspected. OASIS will calculate the next inspection date (and mark it "Late" when appropriate!). You can enter/edit a "Quick Inspection Rating" for the structure on this page if you're short of time or data, but OASIS has a full-fledged "Inspection Details" form for storing extensive data about the structure's inspection defects.
Clicking on the buttons at the bottom of a form take you directly to specialized information about a structure. For example, if you want to view the inspection details for this main line, you would simply click on the "Insp Details" button. previous page Sample Main Line Record next page
