OASIS maintains a record all the important information about the structures in your collection system: manholes, main lines, service laterals, catchbasins & stormdrains, and septic tanks.

OASIS uses a similar form for all the structure types, with five "tabs" shown along the top of the form: "Location", "Specs", "Background", "Inspection", and "Condition".

You will be visiting examples of a main line record over the next four slides...

The "Location" tab captures the important information about the structure's address, etc.
